Job summary

Brand Waves Advertising LLC is seeking a proactive B2B sales professional in the UAE to generate leads, build relationships with contractors, and drive signage solutions across indoor and outdoor categories. Qualifications

• 1–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Signage/advertising/printing/fit-out industry experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the UAE market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-development skills.
• Ability to generate own leads and develop new accounts.
• UAE driving licence preferred/required depending on company vehicle policy.
• Target-oriented and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business with contractors, fit-out firms, retailers, restaurants and offices.
• Promote signage solutions including indoor/outdoor, LED, 3D letters, and digital printing.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with design/estimation for proposals.
• Prepare and follow up quotations until order confirmation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up inquiries systematically.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Production and Projects teams after order confirmation.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up payments collections where required.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain proper CRM sales reports and submit regular pipeline updates.
