Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Waiter/ess to join our Club Lounge team. You will provide an exceptional dining experience, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure high standards of service.

Reporting to the F&B Supervisor, you will work in a luxury environment, maintain guest satisfaction, and upsell offerings while handling POS transactions and billing per hotel policies. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury setting is preferred.
• Strong command of English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages in the Club Lounge.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Upsell services and products to guests to enhance experience and revenue.
• Operate POS system and handle billing per hotel policies.
