Responsibilities

• Adhere to the section's SOPs at all times.
• Respond to guest feedback and develop strategies to address gaps.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and deliveries to rooms.
• Deliver faxes, messages and parcels to guest rooms; verify name and room.
• Maintain knowledge about Bab Al Shams facilities to answer inquiries.
• Coordinate timely deliveries and collections of luggage.
• Ensure luggage room is clean and records are kept.
• Report unusual situations to line manager.
• Maintain grooming standards and punctuality in uniform.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
