Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver a refined, attentive dining experience. You will provide five-star service etiquette, knowledge of menu items, and personalized attention to guest preferences throughout the service.

You will coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and service colleagues, maintain mise-en-place, handle billing procedures, and uphold luxury hospitality standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
• 1 year of waiter/waitress experience in luxury settings; freshers welcome.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards and menu terms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service.
• Present menus, recommend items, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Take and relay orders accurately using the POS system; communicate requests to kitchen/bar.
• Serve courses with five-star standards, ensuring presentation and timing.
• Maintain knowledge of ingredients, allergens, promotions and offerings.
• Monitor tables, provide timely refills, and maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Hostess and other colleagues to meet guest needs.
• Handle billing, payments, and uphold hygiene and safety procedures.
