Job summary

Raffles Dubai is seeking an In Room Dining Order Taker to provide prompt, personalized and professional service, delivering luxury standards and maximizing guest satisfaction and F&B revenue. Reports to the Outlets Supervisor.

Role requires 1–2 years in In-Room Dining or related guest-facing position within a luxury hotel. Strong English, cash handling skills, and familiarity with POS systems will support daily operations and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Good verbal, reading and writing proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years of experience in In-Room Dining, F&B or similar guest-facing hotel role.
• Experience with order taking, telephone etiquette, cashiering and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Update daily operational feedback and prepare required cashiering and forms.
• Handle cash accurately following procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine/beverage lists, promotions and hotel services.
• Communicate changes promptly with Culinary team.
• Take orders with personalized recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure accuracy of POS and adhere to service standards.
