The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in import/logistics, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel to ensure smooth operations across multiple brands and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in import and inbound logistics, preferably in fashion retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete import and inbound logistics process, from supplier shipment coordination through customs clearance and final warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement.
• Monitor inbound shipments, ETD/ETA, vessel schedules, delays, and delivery status, ensuring timely delivery to warehouses or distribution centers.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures, while managing import documentation and resolving customs/clearance issues.

Qualifications

• Open to all nationalities, aged 40 years and below, with 5+ years of experience in import and inbound logistics, preferably within fashion retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in international imports, inbound shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarding, import documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping.
• Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel; international import and inbound logistics experience is an added advantage.
