Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Import and Inbound Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end process from supplier coordination to customs clearance and final warehouse delivery.

You will coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams, monitor ETD/ETA, ensure compliance, and optimize import documentation and Incoterms to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in import and inbound logistics, preferably within fashion retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong hands-on experience in international imports, inbound shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarding, import documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping.
• Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel; international import and inbound logistics experience is an added advantage.
