Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock accuracy across brands, warehouses and sales channels, ensuring physical stock aligns with ERP/WMS data and supporting timely replenishment.

The role requires 5–7 years in inventory management within fashion or luxury retail, strong ERP/WMS and advanced Excel skills, and experience managing high-SKU environments across multiple locations. This is a full-time on-site role at JAFZA, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field with 5–7 years in inventory management.
• Experience in fashion, luxury or branded retail across multiple locations is preferred.
• Strong ERP/WMS and high‑SKU inventory management with detailed reporting experience.

Job Description

• Manage inventory accuracy across multiple brands, warehouses, and sales channels, ensuring physical stock is aligned with ERP/WMS records.
• Oversee stock reconciliation, cycle counts, physical stock takes, inventory adjustments, and variance investigations.
• Monitor inbound stock, stock transfers, returns, and replenishment, ensuring efficient inventory flow and product availability.
• Analyze stock aging, slow-moving/excess inventory, stock turnover, and inventory performance, providing actionable reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, luxury, or branded retail, preferably within an international or multi-location environment.
• Strong experience managing high-SKU-volume inventory across multiple warehouses, including reconciliation, cycle counting, stock aging, transfers, returns, and inventory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large-data reconciliation; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or 3PL warehouses is an advantage.
