Job summary

Cosmos Immigration in Dubai is seeking a results-driven immigration case processor to join our UAE team. You will assess client documents, prepare and submit visa applications, and manage cases from onboarding to final decision.

The role requires 2–4 years in immigration, strong English, and familiarity with government portals. You will work with consultants and lawyers, ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years immigration case-processing experience.
• Current or recent employment with an immigration consultancy, law firm or visa-processing company.
• Strong knowledge of government portals, application forms and supporting-document requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong drafting, client-handling and document-review skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active applications and strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred.
• Qualified female professionals are encouraged to apply.
