Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group in Dubai is seeking an Operations Associate in Contract Logistics Administration to support daily logistics processes and serve as a key interface between internal teams and customers.

You will help ensure contractual compliance, data accuracy, and efficient operations across receipt, dispatch, inventory, and billing activities. A background in warehousing and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing.
• Proficient in MS Office and English.
• Knowledge of WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, transport companies and internal departments via email, phone and in person.
• Create and provide required documentation (receiving notes, packing lists, delivery notes).
• Ensure workshop goods are matched and receipted in the database.
• Report discrepancies to the Team Leader and follow up with relevant departments.
• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain stock control systems and inventory accuracy.
• Enter data accurately and generate weekly/monthly reports (KPI, timesheets, claims).
• Assist with monthly billing and other finance-related topics.
