Job summary

Hellmann East Europe Group in Dubai seeks a proactive professional to manage customer accounts and develop strong customer relationships. You will ensure high-quality communication, meet KPIs, and support operational excellence in logistics processes.

Responsibilities include handling customer data, resolving day-to-day issues within one business day, and driving continuous improvements while representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or operations within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts assigned by your line manager.
• Develop strong relationships with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect; ensure proactive, high-standard communication.
• Ensure customer requirements are followed with high diligence and KPIs are met with coordination among stakeholders.
• Share accurate KPI reports with the customer within agreed timelines and discuss deviations for monthly improvements.
• File and keep customer data and reports updated and valid.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues within one business day; provide innovative solutions.
• Handle customer claims per internal process and follow up until closure.
• Hold regular meetings with customers and follow up on action points.
• Contribute towards departmental goals and achieve individual KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally in accordance with local laws and policies.
• Drive CIP development and act as a backup in the team.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the manager.
