ARRISE is seeking an Account Manager to join our on-site Belgrade-based team. You will manage a client portfolio, support onboarding and integrations, and drive revenue growth while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Requirements include 1–2 years in account management (iGaming), strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Russian. Travel for client meetings is expected in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming experience is a must).
• Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and share promotions with clients.
• Provide regular KPI updates to clients and management.
• Monitor iGaming market and advise clients on opportunities.
• Resolve client issues to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
