ARRISE is hiring an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, drive long-term partnerships, and ensure successful integrations and launches. The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive client support, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor client KPIs, and stay informed about market opportunities, while traveling for key meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success in iGaming.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Support onboarding and guide integrations and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely client solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and share promotions from providers.
