Job summary

ARRISE Live is seeking an Account Manager in the UAE to manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, supporting onboarding, integrations and growth. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive revenue through upselling and strategic partnerships.

The role requires 1–2 years in account management within iGaming, plus fluency in Chinese and English and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success in iGaming.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and manage client relationships.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
