Job summary

ARRISE Live in Dubai seeks an Account Manager to handle client portfolios, support onboarding, and drive revenue growth. You will maintain relationships, guide integrations and product launches, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years in account management or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Chinese and English. Travel for client meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success in iGaming.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/project tools experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
