Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager (FM) to lead the operation and financial management of on-site facilities in Dubai. The role requires coordinating with CRE and NCR teams to maintain budgets, SLAs, and KPIs while driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Applicants should have at least five years of FM experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in English; local language knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Best Practice/Building Operation Plan for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare annual budgets with the Financial Manager and manage supplier budgets to ensure budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain Scope of Services, SLAs and KPIs with CRE and NCR BU’s supporting FM budget.
• Produce regular management reports (Savings Tracker, Outlook Variance, Outlook forecast).
• Inspect facilities and coordinate improvements to enhance office building value.
• Bid and manage service contracts to ensure high quality, cost-effective services.
