Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, project management and financial skills.
• Professional FM certification preferred; excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard and soft facilities management services.
• Lead and manage facilities teams to achieve service excellence.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance and repair activities.
