Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in the UAE seeks a Facilities Management professional to oversee daily hard and soft FM operations across assets in Dubai. You will ensure delivery of MEP, civil, electrical and cleaning services, conduct site inspections, and manage relationships with contractors and vendors to uphold service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or FM, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management.
• Exposure to facilities management and related environments is advantageous.
• Understanding of hard and soft FM services, maintenance operations and contractor management.
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage complaints and issues.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and statutory compliance within built environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard and soft FM operations across assigned assets.
• Ensure effective delivery of MEP, civil, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, waste management and specialised FM services.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor condition, performance and service quality of assets.
• Manage relationships with FM service providers, contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve FM service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support implementation of FM best practices and sustainable solutions.
• Monitor utilities consumption and contribute to energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
