BitDelta Pro is seeking a commercially driven Introducing Broker (IB) Manager to lead IB acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth across the MENA region. You will own the IB lifecycle from prospecting to activation and retention, driving deposits and trading volume through the partner network.

You will build and manage a portfolio of IB partners, negotiate rebates and commissions, and supervise performance through regular reviews, ensuring regulatory onboarding and strong relationship

Formación

• 3–5 years in Introducing Broker/Partnership/Affiliate roles in retail FX/CFD or financial services.
• Proven track record onboarding and managing IBs.
• Ability to quantify achievements (IBs onboarded, volumes, deposits).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, engage and onboard new IBs in the MENA region.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: CRM setup, KYC/due diligence, partner agreements, rebate setup.
• Drive activation, retention and growth through partner network and performance reviews.
• Explain rebate structures and negotiate partnership opportunities for profitability.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Operations and Tech to resolve partner issues.
