Minerva Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Technical Manager to lead technical operations, solution design, deployment and support for wireless broadband and microwave systems. This dual role will shape winning solutions with the sales team and stay engaged through delivery—leading troubleshooting, software installation and FAT.

The position emphasizes project delivery, customer satisfaction and ongoing innovation with deep technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7–10 years’ experience in wireless communications.
• 3–5 years in a pre-sales role.

Responsabilités

• Lead bid management and respond to RFPs and tenders.
• Own and manage technical solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Design and review wireless broadband and microwave transmission solutions.
• Design and review two‑way radio communication systems.
• Conduct site surveys, RF coverage analysis and network planning.
• Prepare technical proposals, system architecture and engineering documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Drive pre‑sales activities including demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and technical consultations.
• Create solutions and demonstrate them convincingly to customers.
• Conduct technical presentations, and host and deliver customer training programs.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and manufacturers.
• Oversee installation, software installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Provide advanced, hands‑on technical support for complex customer issues.
• Plan, conduct and host Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers.
• Ensure smooth handover from delivery into ongoing service and support.
