Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or training environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-led setting.
• Experience preparing management information (MI) and handling reporting requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes, from short courses to complex early-career programmes.
• Partner with Learning and Development teams and clients to define objectives and success measures, ensuring alignment with outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee learner administration (joining instructions, records, client portal content, learning pathways, e-learning testing).
• Drive programme reporting and debriefing by collecting feedback and producing client reports to enhance delivery and outcomes.
