Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in the UAE seeks a Presales Solutions Consultant to bridge business needs with AI-driven, cloud-based solutions in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role is hybrid, collaborating with sales, delivery and expert teams to translate client objectives into compelling proposals.

You will own the end-to-end presales process, lead workshops, architect data solutions, and develop tailored value propositions while staying current with data analytics, cloud and AI trends.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture or consulting with a focus on AI, Cloud and digital transformation.
• Strong ability to analyze client needs and map them to tangible technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling, with track record of engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, delivery and expert teams to align client needs with AI-driven solutions.
• Own the end-to-end presales process, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, demos and client presentations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather business objectives and technical requirements.
• Architect tailored data solutions including cloud-native platforms, data integration, analytics and AI/ML models.
• Develop competitive proposals, pricing models and value propositions to close opportunities.
• Stay updated on trends in Data & Analytics, Cloud and AI; contribute to reusable frameworks and methodologies.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the team, supporting skill-building and best practices.
