Job summary

AppliedAI, a pioneering AI technology company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Solutions Consultant for our post-sales Delivery Team. You will translate client requirements into technical designs and guide implementation across enterprise projects, balancing solution design with hands-on oversight.

You will lead discovery, define integration points, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting or technical business analysis roles.
• Proven post-sales experience working with enterprise clients.
• Strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Expert in discussing AI, APIs, and integrations with minimal engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify needs beyond surface requirements.
• Define workflows and architecture decisions with client teams to enable adoption.
• Build trusted technical relationships and serve as go-to adviser for orchestration design.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical designs and guide implementation.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to client teams and internal engineers during delivery.
• Conduct demonstrations focused on business outcomes and escalate complex issues when needed.
