Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Presales Solutions Consultant for Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This hybrid role connects global delivery with local client needs, focusing on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation.

You will own the presales lifecycle, from qualification to detailed demonstrations and proposals, and mentor the team. You will architect data solutions across cloud-native platforms, data integration and AI/ML models, while staying ahead of trends to advise clients and shape engagement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture or consulting with a focus on AI, Cloud and Digital transformation technologies.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions and proposals.
• Experience creating detailed proposals, RFP responses and pricing/engagement models for data-related services or projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, delivery and expert teams to align client needs with AI-driven solutions.
• Own the end-to-end presales process, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposals and client presentations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with solutions.
• Architect tailored data solutions, including cloud-native platforms, data integration, analytics and AI/ML models.
• Develop competitive proposals, pricing models and value propositions to close engagements.
• Stay updated on Data & Analytics, Cloud and AI trends and support innovation within the practice.
• Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, accelerators and methodologies and mentor peers.
