Job summary

Hireroo in Dubai seeks a proactive Technology Support Analyst to strengthen the operations team in a Hybrid Dubai environment. You will handle Tier 1-2 IT support across hardware, software, and networks, while maintaining cloud infrastructure and VDI environments.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, VoIP, CRM support, and security compliance, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic Forex/CFD context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and cloud-based environments.
• Experience with VDI technologies and VoIP systems.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Administer and maintain cloud-based servers and ensure uptime, performance and security.
• Manage VDI environments including deployment, updates and troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft 365 apps and user accounts, access controls and licenses.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions and Group Policies.
• Configure and support VoIP systems and call routing tools.
• Provide CRM user support and assist in onboarding and training.
• Support IT security initiatives and contribute to policy compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
