Job summary

M.H. Enterprises in Dubai is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer / System Administrator to manage and secure hybrid infrastructure. You will administer servers (Windows/Linux), VMware, AD, GPO and user access, while handling M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and endpoint infra.

The role requires strong networking, security handling and vendor coordination. Experience with MFA, EDR/XDR, PAM and backups is essential, plus the ability to automate tasks with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Hands-on server, virtualization, network and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and vendor coordination skills.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking or cybersecurity certifications advantageous.
• IT Administration experience around 7 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, GPO and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MDM and endpoint infrastructure.
• Support networks, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VPNs.
• Manage storage, backups, system monitoring, patching and disaster recovery.
• Support security technologies, including MFA, EDR/XDR, PAM, email security and vulnerability management.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure and user support issues.
• Automate routine administration using PowerShell or similar tools.
• Support IP PABX and coordinate with vendors for procurement, technical support and issue resolution.
