Job summary

H2R Design is seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Specialist in Dubai to manage recruitment, employee relations and HR administration. You will partner with management to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2-5 years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of UAE labor laws. The position offers a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field is required.
• 2-5 years HR experience, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Retail or Service industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training and development programs.
• Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, contracts and other HR documentation.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning activities.
