Job summary

Kanionco Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a dynamic Project Sales Executive Engineer to drive HVAC project opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Split A/C solutions. You will engage consultants, contractors, and end-users, delivering technical and commercial proposals and guiding projects from bidding to closure.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in project sales of HVAC products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in project sales of Split A/C/HVAC.
• Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and Split A/C projects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, project bidding, negotiations, to order closure.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, installation, and commissioning.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in HVAC.
