Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed shop and coordination drawings for interior fit-out projects. You will develop layouts for ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation and related systems, and coordinate with ID, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting disciplines.

Applicants should have UAE experience in interior fit-out/MEP, be proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP a plus), and show strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as HVAC Draftsman.
• Interior Fit-Out / MEP Fit-Out experience mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience preparing HVAC shop drawings and coordination drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Develop HVAC layouts for ducting and piping (chilled water, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation).
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with ID, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other disciplines.
• Prepare sections, details and installation details for site execution.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site installs and approved changes.

Job description

Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings coordination drawings installation drawings and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects Develop HVAC layouts for ducting chilled water piping FCUs AHUs ventilation exhaust fresh air and related systems Review project drawings specifications BOQs and design requirements before preparing shop drawings Coordinate HVAC drawings with Architectural Interior Design Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting and other MEP services Identify clashes and discrepancies between HVAC and other disciplines and coordinate necessary revisions Prepare sections details schematics and installation details as required for site execution Incorporate consultant client comments and revise drawings for approval Prepare and maintain drawing registers and ensure proper revision control Coordinate with Site Engineers Project Engineers MEP Engineers consultants and subcontractors regarding technical drawing requirements Conduct site visits to verify actual site conditions and update drawings accordingly Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site installation and approved changes Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications approved designs applicable UAE standards and consultant requirements Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation required for inspections and approvals Maintain organized records of approved submitted and revised drawings Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in *Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline*.*Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Draftsman.*Interior Fit-Out / MEP Fit-Out experience is mandatory.*Strong hands-on experience preparing *HVAC shop drawings and coordination drawings*.Good knowledge of *ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation, fresh air, and exhaust systems*.Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and MEP coordination within interior spaces.Proficiency in *AutoCAD is mandatory*.Knowledge of *Revit MEP* is an added advantage.Ability to read and understand architectural, ID, structural, and MEP drawings.Experience coordinating HVAC services with *ID, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other disciplines*.Knowledge of consultant submission and approval procedures in the UAE.Good understanding of HVAC materials, fittings, equipment, and installation details.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under tight project deadlines.*Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.
