Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman in the UAE to prepare and modify MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD, and to develop electrical, HVAC, or plumbing drawings based on project requirements. You will coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings, generate as-built drawings, ensure compliance with project specs and local regulations, and support project engineers and site teams throughout the lifecycle.

Immediate joiners preferred; UAE-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Drafting or related field.
• 4+ years of UAE or GCC construction project experience as an MEP draftsman.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP drafting standards.
• Experience with High-Rise Buildings, Commercial and Residential Towers.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.

• Mandatory experience in UAE or GCC construction projects.

• Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, and Residential Towers.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP drafting standards.

• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.
