Mira Construction is looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed mechanical drawings and 3-D models using Revit and AutoCAD. You'll collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy while maintaining compliance with local authority regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and involvement in diverse projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE.
• Experience in MEP drafting and BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3-D models and BIM coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3‑D models and BIM coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience in MEP drafting and BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
