Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3‑D models and BIM coordination drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
