Responsibilities

• Serve as the case-level Single Threaded Leader for complex human rights and environmental impact matters across AMET.
• Own the complete case lifecycle from intake through investigation, remediation, verification, and closure.
• Review audit findings, worker grievances, external escalations, and other non-audit sources.
• Develop corrective action plans addressing root causes and control weaknesses.
• Coordinate investigations and engage stakeholders to gather evidence.
• Track corrective actions against timelines and SLAs.
• Protect integrity and consistency of human rights compliance information.
