Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Senior Product Safety and Compliance Manager in Dubai to lead regional product safety risk across AMET. The role drives safety policy application to regulatory requirements and develops programs that protect customers while enabling responsible growth.

You will collaborate with Selling Partner, Business, Legal, Customer Service, and Technology teams to assess high-risk categories, evaluate testing data, manage signals, and implement proportionate controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 6 years of program or project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams
• Fluency in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Own the regional product safety risk position across AMET.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are addressed across supply and customer operations.
• Assess regional risks and determine appropriate controls for high-risk product categories.
• Apply product safety policies according to regional risks and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and cross-functional partners on safety initiatives.
• Balance risk reduction with business needs and operate with data-driven insight.
