Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Human Rights Compliance Manager - Supply Chain to oversee due diligence, investigations, remediation and supplier accountability across complex global supply chains in the AMET region. The role focuses on protecting workers, strengthening supply chain resilience and supporting responsible business practices within Amazon’s governance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance program management, governance, legal, audit, risk or remediation.
• Demonstrated background managing investigations, issue resolution or remediation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of human rights principles, labor standards and remediation methods.
• Experience investigating sensitive allegations and assessing supporting evidence.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Legal, PR, HR, sourcing and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of human rights and environmental impact cases from intake through final verification and closure.
• Serve as the case-level Single Threaded Leader for escalated supply chain matters in the region.
• Assess allegations, audit findings, worker grievances and external escalations against HR criteria.
• Coordinate investigations into alleged human rights, labor or environmental impacts.
• Work with suppliers to establish corrective action plans and preventive measures.
• Verify evidence and ensure effective remediation and closure of cases.
