Job summary

PAX in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, is seeking an experienced HR leader to support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, policies, programs, and practices. The role emphasizes recruitment, compensation and performance management, training, employee relations, visa processing for expatriates, and developing HR policies.

Strong English and Chinese language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human resources field.
• At least 8 years of comprehensive HR management experience.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and visa processing procedures.
• Proficiency in HR management with expertise in recruitment, training, and compensation/benefits.
• Experience building an HRMS from the ground up is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Experience in building a company’s human resources management system from the ground up is preferred; fluency in both Chinese and English
