Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in CSP or professional services.

• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin or related field.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong Corporate Services Provider (CSP) background to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing end-to-end HR operations within a CSP, business setup, corporate services, or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of UAE employment practices and HR compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle visa, work permit, insurance, and other employee documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Support employee performance, training, development, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of HR experience, preferably within a CSP, corporate services, business setup, or similar professional services company.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Experience managing HR processes for a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employee documentation, visa processes, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and are open to working in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
