Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong Corporate Services Provider (CSP) background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing end-to-end HR operations within a CSP, business setup, corporate services, or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of UAE employment practices and HR compliance

Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management. Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records. Handle visa, work permit, insurance, and other employee documentation. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements. Support employee performance, training, development, and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management. Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements:6+ years of HR experience, preferably within a CSP, corporate services, business setup, or similar professional services company. Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices. Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination. Experience managing HR processes for a diverse workforce. Strong knowledge of employee documentation, visa processes, and HR compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and are open to working in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
