Job summary

Ignite Search and Selection in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Executive for an immediate start to support recruitment, sourcing and onboarding. You will ensure onboarding processes are smooth and compliant with UAE regulations while maintaining accurate HR records.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a logistics-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, with a solid understanding of UAE

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist role.
• Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
• Hands-on onboarding experience.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Previous experience within logistics, transportation, trucking or a similar industry would be advantageous.
