Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is hiring an Emirati Human Resource Professional to support end-to-end HR functions and partner with business leaders to drive organizational growth while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and talent development, and requires strong communication in Arabic and English. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR experience in oil & gas or heavy industry are preferred.

Required Qualifications
