Job summary

Geotab is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people-centric HR practices across global tech groups. You will support leaders and employees through engagement, development, and HR initiatives with a human-led approach.

You will partner with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence, leveraging AI and data insights to improve HR services while maintaining compliance and employee relations with diplomacy and empathy.

Qualifications

• 4 years as an HRBP or in a progressive HR generalist role ideally supporting technology or high-growth business groups.
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business and relevant HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM or equivalent).
• Interest in using AI tools HRIS platforms and Google Workspace to work smarter and create better employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that people practices from engagement to talent development are executed effectively.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, People Operations Specialists, and leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Coach managers, facilitate difficult conversations, and manage employee relations with empathy and diplomacy.
• Leverage data and metrics to identify trends and improve HR support using AI tools.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
