The role focuses on organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, budget management, and leadership development, partnering with executives to drive engagement and transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR.
• 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic role.
• Experience in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
• Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics.
• Previous experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in English.
