Job summary

ecoATM is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR business partner to senior leaders, influencing org design, talent strategy, and performance management in a fast-growing environment in the UAE.

You will lead full-cycle performance management, drive workforce planning, and coach executives on compensation, structure, and restructurings, while partnering on M&A HR workstreams and scaling programs. Data-driven with a bias toward action will help manage talent risks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience
• Experience partnering with C-suite/SVP leaders
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or PE-backed environments
• Proven track record in org design, workforce planning and performance mgmt
• Ability to adapt with incomplete information and shifting priorities
• Direct, low-ego communication with bias toward action
• Experience with restructurings and M&A-related HR work
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Coach executives and managers on high‑stakes people decisions such as compensation, structure, and restructurings
• Partner on M&A and transaction‑related HR workstreams including compensation harmonization and org integration
• Build and scale HR programs like engagement, career pathing, and leadership development
• Use data to diagnose talent risks and recommend actionable solutions
• Lead a team of 2 HRBP Managers supporting both corporate and operations workforces

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience
• Experience with senior‑level partnership with C‑suite/SVP leaders
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or PE‑backed environments
• Proven track record of driving org design, workforce planning, and performance management at scale
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and shifting priorities
• Direct, low‑ego communication style with a bias toward action
• Experience navigating organizational restructuring and M&A‑related HR work
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• SPHR or PHR certification
• Experience in startup, scale‑up, or turnaround environments
