Job summary

Amazon UAE Hub Delivery is seeking an OTR Manager to lead end-to-end capacity planning and fleet management across the UAE AMZL network, coordinating with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations and other stakeholders.

You will design tools, analyse data, drive improvements and represent UAE Hub Delivery in regional forums. A strong background in process improvement, data analytics (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
• Experience using data to drive improvements and working with cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of programme or project management experience
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) or Oracle
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Design, model and implement capacity planning tools and processes for Hub Delivery across the UAE AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders to understand improvement opportunities and remove barriers.
• Analyse and solve operational blockers with root-cause analysis to improve network performance.
• Innovate to improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfillment network through process optimisation and automation.
• Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights to senior leadership.
