Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead transportation capacity planning across the AMET logistics network. The role focuses on transport capacity, fulfillment network expansion, site readiness, and cross‑functional program execution, including delivery stations, sort centers, and new logistics locations.

You will own capacity planning charters, manage performance metrics, analyze demand vs capacity, identify risks, and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of cross‑functional collaboration with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Data‑driven process improvement experience with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the transportation capacity‑planning charter for delivery stations and sort centers.
• Manage capacity performance metrics, reporting standards, and regional planning reviews.
• Collect operational data from multiple sources and validate information quality.
• Analyze demand against network capacity and identify constraints.
• Identify risks and propose practical, cost‑effective solutions.
• Develop action plans and coordinate execution with stakeholders.
• Support AMET operations teams with capacity analysis and planning.
• Forecast implications of future volume across the AMZL network.
• Drive capacity expansion projects and space‑utilization improvements.
• Coordinate new site launches and pilot programs with site‑launch teams.
