Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in the UAE seeks an OTR Manager for Hub Delivery to lead capacity planning, fleet management, and cross-functional collaboration with AMZL and regional teams. You will design processes, model capacity, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining service levels.

You will partner with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, and DSP teams to remove blockers, analyze data, and present strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining and implementing process improvement using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI tools familiarity (Tableau preferred).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement capacity planning tools across the UAE AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with operations leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and remove blockers.
• Analyze and solve operational blockers with root cause analysis to improve network performance.
• Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while reducing cost and complexity through optimization.
• Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional/global forums, providing insights to senior leadership.
