Job summary

VAM Systems in UAE is seeking an HRMS Consultant (IT & Digital Transformation) to lead end-to-end HRMS projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration and UAT across multinational deployments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRIS/HRMS consulting, strong SQL, data governance and integration knowledge, and experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors. You will work with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with GDPR and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or HR Management with a technical focus.
• Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRMS implementations including requirements, configuration, data migration and UAT.
• Design automated onboarding and payroll integration processes to reduce manual work.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for system errors, API issues and data discrepancies.
• Ensure data governance and security, GDPR SOC2 compliance and local labor law adherence.
• Develop dashboards and SQL reports for turnover, diversity and headcount insights.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs with software providers.
