Job summary

Taaleem in Dubai seeks an experienced HRIS Administrator to lead and optimise its people technology landscape, including Oracle Fusion, Talentera and BlueSky. You will drive automation, data integrity and system integrations to support the employee lifecycle and business goals.

The role reports to the Head of People Operations and collaborates with IT and external vendors to deliver scalable, user-friendly HR systems and continuous digital transformation across Taaleem's people platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day administration and strategic development of the organisation's People technology platforms, ensuring systems remain secure, efficient and aligned with business needs.
Act as the system owner for Oracle Fusion, Talentera, BlueSky and future People platforms, maintaining governance over configuration, workflows, security profiles, system functionality and user access.
Design, configure and continuously improve system workflows across the employee lifecycle, embedding automation wherever possible.
Translate business requirements into system solutions by working closely with operational stakeholders to redesign manual processes into efficient digital workflows.
Identify opportunities to simplify administration, improve user experience and reduce operational risk through technology.
Support the delivery of new functionality, upgrades and enhancements across all People systems.
