Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with HR systems, employee databases, or HR technology platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage data accuracy and maintain confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting internal system users.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administration of HR technology platforms including HRIS, ATS, and learning management systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across employee records and HR system databases.
• Assist with system configuration, updates, and process improvements across HR platforms.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR teams and employees using HR systems.
• Monitor HR system performance and help troubleshoot operational issues.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision making and workforce insights.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to improve system workflows and automation.
• Assist in HR system implementations, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Support documentation of system procedures, user guides, and operational processes.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee experience through better HR technology solutions.
