Job summary

vortexweb cloud is seeking an experienced HR leader to scale its people function as the company grows from 25 to 50+ employees across two countries. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, design onboarding to get new hires productive within two weeks, and build performance reviews and career frameworks.

You will ensure UAE and Indian labour law compliance, manage visa processes, payroll coordination, leave and benefits, and partner with leadership on organisational planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with 2+ in a senior role.
• Expertise in UAE labour law and visa processing.
• Proven ability to design HR processes in growing companies.
• Strong technical recruitment capabilities.
• Experience with HR software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle across two offices.
• Design onboarding to get new hires productive within two weeks.
• Build performance reviews, KPIs and career frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and Indian labour law and visa processes.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave and benefits across both offices.
