Job summary

The Sanad Group is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to administer ERP HCM platforms, safeguard employee data, and support reliable reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with HR process owners, IT, Finance and vendors to translate requirements into effective system solutions, strengthen data governance, and deliver actionable workforce insights using Power BI and related BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Oracle HCM and/or SAP HCM certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with HR analytics and data governance.
• Strong SQL and reporting tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide functional support for Oracle and SAP HR modules and payroll data.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and secure HR data exchange.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and BI tools; validate against source data.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and integrations with IT and vendors.
• Ensure compliance and documentation for HR data controls and access.
